Exit Intent Popup
The Exit Intent Popup captures email addresses and reduces abandonment by showing offers when users attempt to leave.
Configuration
Section titled “Configuration”Navigate to Theme Settings > Exit Popup:

How It Works
Section titled “How It Works”- Detects when user’s mouse leaves the viewport (desktop)
- On mobile, triggers when scrolling up quickly
- Waits for specified delay before first appearance
- Respects frequency settings using cookies
- Collects email and optionally shows discount code
Best Practices
Section titled “Best Practices”- Delay: 5+ seconds to avoid annoying users
- Frequency: Session or Daily for best balance
- Discount: 10-15% is effective without eroding margins
- Image: Use high-quality lifestyle or product imagery
- Copy: Be concise and clear about the offer
- Legal: Include privacy policy link, respect “No thanks” choice
