  1. Download the avenue-theme.zip file from your purchase email
  2. In Shopify Admin, go to Online Store > Themes
  3. Click Add theme > Upload zip file
  4. Select the ZIP and wait for upload (30-60 seconds)
  5. Click Actions > Publish to make it live

No. Keep your old theme as a backup. Shopify allows multiple themes in your library. You can switch between themes at any time.

  1. Download the latest version
  2. Upload as a new theme (don’t overwrite)
  3. Copy your settings from the old theme
  4. Test the new version
  5. Publish when ready

Go to Theme Settings > Quick View and check “Enable Quick View.” Choose your preferred trigger method (Button, Hover, or Both).

  1. Clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)
  2. Check you clicked “Save” in the theme editor
  3. Verify you’re editing the published theme (not a draft)
  4. Try viewing in an incognito/private window

  2. Check browser console for JavaScript errors (F12)
  3. Ensure the section is added to the page template
  4. Test with other apps disabled to rule out conflicts

This is by design. Avenue Luxe uses responsive layouts that adapt to screen size. Test on actual devices rather than just resizing your browser.

  2. Disable unused features
  3. Audit installed apps for performance impact
  4. Check third-party scripts
  5. Run PageSpeed Insights

Yes. Add custom CSS in Theme Settings > Custom CSS or edit the theme’s stylesheet files directly.

In the theme editor, navigate to the page template and click Add section. Choose from available sections and configure settings.

Check your license terms. Most theme licenses are for a single store.

We release updates regularly with new features, bug fixes, and compatibility improvements. Check your purchase dashboard for the latest version.

Upload the new version as a separate theme. Compare your customizations and re-apply them to the new version before publishing.
